You'll be contacted within 1-2 business days by one of our team members to schedule a comprehensive Scope and Vision Session. This consultation is designed to thoroughly understand your project's vision and outline the scope of services we will provide. We will discuss your goals, preferences, and any specific requirements you have for your project. This ensures that we align our design solutions with your expectations and deliver a tailored and exceptional design experience.

Following the consultation, we will prepare a detailed contract for our design services. The contract will specify the terms, scope of work, and timelines for your project. Upon signing and agreeing to the contract, the amount from your purchase will be credited toward the total cost of design services. Any additional scope added to the project will be invoiced. 

Once we have a signed contract for services, Nicholas will schedule your project kickoff meeting. NDS will provide a questionnaire that guides our design process; at kickoff, Nicholas will review the information provided and begin to pull together the concept for your project. Based on the scope of services, NDS will schedule additional meetings and review sessions as needed.
